¹⁶ All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

¹⁷ That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.

All Scripture is God-inspired and useful for teaching, for reproof, restoration, for training in righteousness, so that the man of God would be able to meet all demands, since he has been equipped perfectly for every good work. (ONM)
